How much do I need to practice between lessons?
I usually suggest at least a half-hour per day and you will see continual improvement. Usually, more is better, so anything you can fit into your schedule will help you advance.
What kind of learning environment is required in my home?
Any area that is well lit and quiet. A place with no distractions such as television or phones is necessary. Also, 2 chairs and a music stand.
